The Rider series is the most versatile PPG line available today. Every improvement on today's Rider sets a higher standard, and its versatility creates great value.
It can be installed on multiple trikes — from the Foxy mini trike to the larger Flash Trike (which also allows tandem flights) and the super-stable single-seater Vertigo Trike. The Rider allows all levels to enjoy the freedom of flight, from beginners to world champions.
Constructed of aluminium with self-tempering welds for high mechanical strength, the frame delivers the best possible weight-to-strength ratio. The Rider Atom is the perfect fit for pilots new to PPG flying — lightweight and sturdy, with mellow, progressive power.
The ATOM is a light, quiet, well-balanced engine that starts easily with ‘Ultrasoft’ and delivers a real punch for its size while sipping fuel. Forced air-cooled with an oil-bathed helical gear reduction drive and a centrifugal adjustable clutch, its thrust is smooth and linear — 55 kg with a 130 cm propeller and 52 kg with a 125 cm propeller. Ready-to-fly weight starts from 21.8 kg.

The Rider fits single- and double-hoop cages for 125, 130 and 140 cm propellers, so a beginner can start on the double-hoop cage and later switch to the lighter, higher-performing single-hoop model.
