We run training sessions five days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays reserved as backup days in case the weekend weather doesn’t cooperate.

• We train from Wednesdays to Sundays
• Weekdays AM from Sunrise +2 hours (mostly trike and studnets with more that 15 flight)
• Weekdays PM Afternoon 2 hours before sunset till Sunset
• Weekends AM from Sunrise +3 Hours (Most Saturdays Winching , Flight and ground training)
• Weekend PM Afternoon 2 hours before sunset till Sunset, NOTE: Sundays afternoon no training
  
  Note:
• If weather conditions are unsuitable for flying during the week, we may open additional training slots on Mondays and Tuesdays to make up for lost training opportunities.
• Training slots are booked weekly via the WhatsApp training selection poll in the "Team Apex" WhatsApp Group. You will receive a link each week to select and book your preferred training slots.
  
  

Important:

• Your student training contract is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of registration. Extensions may be granted under special circumstances, such as medical reasons or work-related overseas travel. Any request for an extension must be arranged and approved in advance.
• Training sessions may not be more than 30 days apart (maximum of four weeks). If this period is exceeded, the previous training session will need to be repeated to ensure that the required training currency is maintained. This refresher training will be charged at R590 per hour.
• Very Important: If you book a training slot and fail to attend without prior notice, you will be charged for the booked training session, with a minimum charge of 2 hours. (R590/h)
